How to add links to OUI Toolbar

Hello,

We have some Icons/Links we would like to add to our OUI Toolbar as highlighted in the Attached image. I've tried modifying CCFrameViewbar.swt in OUIWEBTEMPL, but it is not working. Any other ways to achieve this?
