Oracle EBusiness Suite CRM Service Suite - Roadmap and Oracle Commitment

Hi,

I would like to have a latest version of  Oracle Ebusiness Suite - CRM Service Suite Roadmap and information about Oracle Commitment with this roadmap.

We are working on the POC's of Oracle Field Service and Depot Repair, we want to understand going forward Oracle Product Devlopment is suggesting for Siebel/Fusion/Cloud CRM or Oracle Ebusiness Suite - CRM ?

Can you please share some insight on the Oracle CRM (Ebusiness Suite) Roadmap.
