FAILED: file fndcct.jar on worker 1

Hi Team,

During apply on of the CPU patch 19873049 the worker 1 failed for file fndcct.jar with below error.

FAILED: file fndcct.jar on worker

Calling /u02/oracle/oracledev5/rfsdev5/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/appsutil/jdk/jre/bin/java ...

Error while creating class oracle/apps/fnd/common/AOLCloneable

  ORA-29548: Java system class reported: could not identify release specified in classes.bin

ORA-06512: at line 1

For the time being i have use option 8 in adctrl and skipped the worker 1 for file fndcct.jar and the patch applied sucessfully.

Please let us know the reason as we are going to apply the patch in Production.
