form customization issue

hi all,

i am working on form customization of account detail form ,

however i am facing issue as

facing problem while navigating the form as:

After clicking on Activities/Balances/Adjust/Transaction Overview the transaction details remain on screen.

refer img1 of attachement.

However, after clicking on Details it shows the transaction and once you close it the screen becomes blank.

If anyone is aware of the issue please share your views it will be grateful.
