ASO partial clear

Hi,

We are clearing partial data in ASO with UDA's.  We have some UDA's defined at parent level and how can we delete level 0 of these UDA's parent. Can help with syntax

    Balance_Sheet (UDA:xyz)

           a

           b

           c

    Profit and loss

         x 

         y

         z

  

Year

  2012

   2013

I want to delete 2013 data with UDA xyz, what function i need to write so that it will select all descendants of balance sheet
