Open UI f9 templates are not showing the images or color formatting Done for the template in Templat

Hi ,

I'm using siebel IP 2014 8.1.1.14.1 ,

We have have many email templates in the application that uses Template items and have included images in the template Item , but in the Open UI application when template is selected for f9 the images and formatting of text color if any done in Template Item is not visible , text of the Template item can be seen but the Header , or footer images are not visible

Is anybody has faced the similar issue.
