Deployment server OS upgrade E810

Hi,

We are about to upgrade the operating system of our Deployment Server from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 on the same release level E810 TR 8.93.R1.

I was going to through the below document for the purpose:

E1: INST: How to Change out a Deployment Server for EnterpriseOne Releases Xe 9.x (9.0 or 9.1) (Doc ID 659735.1)

In the document mentioned above, Step 2 says to Install EnterpriseOne from the setup CDs. Is it mandatory to install the Planner ESUs and the Tools Update also before restoring the EnterpriseOne directory from the old Deployment server

Also, we have additional languages installed in our setup. Will the restore of EnterpriseOne folder structure from the old Deployment server does the job or do we have to install the languages too before the restore.
