EDI error messages: Who is the User ID in the Employee Work Center?

Hello Community,

In the E1 9.1 implementation guide for EDI, the documentation suggests for troubleshooting inbound errors to check  the Message Center or the Employee Work Center.  What is the User ID to use when checking the Work Center?
