Measure's spreading behaviour

Hi,

If a measure's default spread type is RATIO and spreading is done with all position values ZERO, then some times it uses EVEN spreading but sometimes it uses REPLICATE spreading. My question is that in which scenario it uses EVEN and in which scenario it uses REPLICATE?

As per RPAS documentation, it should use EVEN spreading if all values are 0 (navalue).  RPAS version 13.1.

If I am trying to spread from SDIV to STR (location hierarchy), it is using REPLICATE, whereas if I am trying to spread from MONTH to WEEK, it is using EVEN spreading.
