Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Approval workflow problem!

Hi,

I'm trying to create a workflow for work requests and work orders.

My company has a workflow approval for a work request as below:

1.The specialist creates e work request and sends the work request for approval to the supervizor.

2.The supervisor reviews the work request and creates a work order based on this work request

3.The supervisor gets this work order and after the work is done the work order goes back to supervisor with status completed.

4.The supervisor signs the completition of work order.

I know there is a seeded workflow but it seems like it's not working,especially the last step.
