At what memory utilization level do you usually run?

Good morning fellow Sys Admins,

I am curious. As we load and load our systems, trying to maximize utilization for our $$, I am wondering if current opinions on how high consistent running memory (RAM) utilization should go on a system have changed over the years. We run systems very high in the memory (RAM) utilization. I'd just like to take a little poll on other Sys Admins out there. What do you consider too high for a server for "normal" operations? I'm purposefully not posting my average memory utilizations so as not to skew the answers. If it matters, we are a highly virtualized
