New Guided Resolutions for Receiving Service Requests
When logging a Service Request for Receiving issues (whether for the Inventory or Purchasing Product), you may have noticed the new Guided Resolution as shown below:
The guided resolution will take you through a series of questions providing you with a solution to try, or a request for information. Make sure and look at the recommended solution and try it out! Or if further data is requested, provide it so your analyst assigned will have all the data they need to begin investigation.
