Seeking an automated solution to manage JD Edwards Operating Leases

1. Is Property Management an option to accomplish the following objectives:

2. Is Fixed Asset Module an option to accomplish the following objectives:(Have confirmed that this module does manage the amortization of Capital Leases)

Objective 1 Manage the Capital Lease & Operating Lease Master in JDE in a single repository

Objective 2 Plan Operating Lease Payment(s) (Either require the user to create a voucher payment and/or create an automatic payment)

Objective 3 Create a Workflow Message to the Operating Lease Owner with reminder the an Operating Lease Payment is due and payable.

Objective 3 Confirmed functionality in JD Edwards v9.1 to manage (amortize) Capital Leases via Fixed Asset Module'
