Unable to find an item in a price list from MOAC responsibility.

Unable to find an item in a price list from MOAC responsibility but able to view that item in org specific responsibility. When viewed that item is assigned to a couple of organizations and I am able to view it from the org specific responsibility.

When I assign that item to all organizations, I can view that item from MOAC responsibility. But the users do not want to assign the item to all organizations. How can I try to view the item from MOAC responsibility.
