Is anyone running AutoVue with Agile on RHEL 6.4, and MS Word Docs fail?

Hello!  Our organization is running a large Agile 9.3.3 system in Red Hat Enterprise Linux on VMWare.  We have a WebLogic cluster where each VM runs two Agile managed servers, and a single instance of File Manager and AutoVue.  We are finding that MS Word documents (.doc like Word 2003), when opened in Agile Viewer, will give errors like "Page can not be loaded".  However, we also have a Windows 2008 R2 Server running a Distributed File Manager with AutoVue, and the same files open on the Windows DFM with no issue.

We have tested 2D and 3D Viewer with the same results.  The Windows and Linux AutoVue installations both contain the same fonts.  Essentially we are concluding that the Linux-installed AutoVue cannot handle MS Word documents.  Has anyone else seen this behavior?  And Oracle SR could not duplicate the issue on Oracle Linux VMs.
