We have a common issue of concurrent jobs scheduling themselves twice due to lost connectivity to the DB during backup.  We don't want to deselect the restart after failure option on the job - rather run 2 than none at all.   Is there a way to have Managers sleep for a period of time like 1 to 4 AM to prevent this?
