Rollover Report, R07390A run multiple times

If the Rollover rpt, R0739A is run more than once in Update mode for a PDBA, the Amount Due and Arrearages fields amounts are being added to in the new year record rather than replaced from the previous year record. The beginning balances are correct though. The report should always replace the values from the previous year record.
