Assets loaded with ExceltoCI do not show up in Physical Inventory Extract

We are upgrading to 9.2 and want to use the Physical Inventory in AM.  Unfortunately, we cannot get assets loaded with the ExceltoCI to show up in the PI Extract file.  Otherwise, the assets all process fine.  Does anyone know why these assets won't get picked up in the PI?
