Advice on when is required to use the Project Billing Custom Extensions

Hi,

I want some advice on when is required to use the Project Billing Custom Extensions.

- Does Oracle Projects Billing supports out of the box only the Revenue Accrual Method: Cost and Invoice Method: Event?

What happen if I want to use another method for Invoice Method (i.e. cost plus mark up or fixed price) while continue using 'Cost' to generate the revenue?

Do I need to implement the custom extension on this case?

Any examples will be welcome.
