Use of two approval hierarchies and paths followed

Hi,

I use position hierarchy and recall have seen an enhancement for the scenario "desired". I would like to know please if someone knows the enhancement number or if it's already available in R12. Thanks in advance!

Setup:

Can change hierarchy enabled

Hierarchy 1: all preparers/requesters --> approver 1A --> then approver 1B --> approver 1C --> approver 1D (default hierarchy)

Hierarchy 2: approver 2A --> then approver 2B --> approver 2C --> approver 2D (no preparers in this hierarchy and we don't want to add them here)

Approvers D have unlimited approval limit and the PR will be approved by them
