How to recover database using expdp backups?

Hi ,

We have Oracle development and test databases and they are running in no archive log mode.

Our team wants us to take expdp backups.

Is it possible to recover database using expdp backup and that to when database is running in no archivelog mode. If yes couldyou please provide documentation.
