Weblogic user as developer

Dear all,

in one use case, we Need to define for different development Teams different users, e.g.

1- developer_a: Team A have Access to Application A and can undeploy, stop, start, upgarde exactly Application A

same Scenario have to plan für Application B, C and ...

I know about user/role concept in WebLogic Server, e.g.: Administration Console Online Help

But I Need one document, that perhaps works directly with similar Scenario, that I have to realize.
