How to update Tax (E-BTax) on the partial received PO.

Hi All,

We are in a situation where in we have almost near to thousand POs which are partial received. and due for receipts after 01-APR-2015. We have implemented EB Tax.

As Statutory requirement we need to have tax applied on all the Purchase Receipts (open POs ) from 01-APR-2015.

Wanted to know how to achieve this,

1. Is there an API by which we can update the Tax on open PO lines.

2. What is the work around to update the tax on this Purchase orders which are partial received.

example :

Say PO 001 was created on 01 SEPT 2014 for item XYZ 100 Qty and partial received for 40 Qty.
