generating Awards in Bulk/Batch mode

Hi,

we are implementing the Peoplesoft 9.2 for Financial grants and are migrating all Proposals and awards from Legacy system.

there are around 1000 Proposals for which we need to geerate awards. Can you help us identify the approach to generate awards in Bulk/Batch. any reference to third party material should also be fine.

I believe the CI -GM_AWARD_CI can be used to generate award and I am not able to use it successfully. If we can indeed use GM_AWARD_CI to generate award, can you let us know the fields that need to be populated.
