How to connect SL 150 FC LTO6 dual ported drives to SAN switches?

Hello Gurus..

I am installing one SL-150 tape library with two half height LTO6 dual ported drives. I need to connect both to brocade B300 switches. Two switches are available. My question is; do I need to connect to port0 to switch1 and port1 to switch2? what's the best practice? I searched on MOS and Google but nothing is found.
