x4800, 10 GB Interfaces not visible in Solaris 10

Hi

we bought two x4800 and installed them with Solaris 10 U11 via an customized flash image . After that I installed the hxge drive (SUNWhxge) but I still can not see the 10 GB interfaces in Solaris (even after a reconfigure reboot). dladm only show these interfaces:

# dladm show-dev

e1000g0         link: unknown   speed: 0     Mbps       duplex: half

e1000g1         link: unknown   speed: 0     Mbps       duplex: half

igb0            link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full

igb1            link: unknown   speed: 0     Mbps       duplex: unknown

igb4            link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full

igb5            link: unknown   speed: 0     Mbps       duplex: unknown
