How to find backups in RMAN

Product: Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition

Product/Version: 11.2.0.3

OS: Linux x86-64

OS Version: RH Enterprise 5

Question:  Our RMAN backups are supposed to be done by a vendor.

1- We would like to know if the backups are being done? How to find that?

2- We would like to know where the backup files are on the system? Path ?
