PJMUGAPD.SQL performance issue during 11.5.10 to R12.2 upgrade

Hi,

We are doing an test upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.2 .  PJMUGAPD.sql   is taking a long time   .     We have 4 workers running   and it more than 3 hours .     Is there a way to speed up this sql.
