PL/SQL notification - ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 5774 ORA-0

Hello Team,

We are on R12.1.3

This questions is for Workflow experts and/or Tech folks who have encountered following situation before:

In one of the workflows, we have added a custom notification. A PL/SQL code performs some validation first and once a certain condition is met, we are generating a "Table" in PL/SQL code to display some data in properly formatted manner in the notification. The code was compiled in test instance and the functional scenario was replicated. System triggered the notification but the contents did not show up correctly. When the user clicked on the notification link from his worklist, he got to see the following error message "ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line
