Hi

My Community support handle used to be "venkatb" and due to internal restructuring in my company, I had to change my email id from one to another. Then came this new look Oracle MOS and single-signon prevented me from even logging in to Community page. I raised a SR seeking support and advice more than 6 months ago and last month they came back saying I could then login to community. With all relief and expectation, I attempted login and yes, I was able to login to community with a single sign-on. But then all of my previous status in
