Oracle Add-in button is not appearing in Excel 2013. We applied several patches for Windows 8 related to this but still its not visible witout a work-around.  If we have another Excel Workbook open and click on it and then come back to the first Web ADI form, the Add-Ins button appears. Anyone seen this issue or have a soln?  Thank you
