Oracle 12.1.0.2 install error on SPARC 64-bit

Installing Oracle 12.1.0.2 on a SPARC machine using runInstaller for the first time. DBCA ran into "ORA-27125 Unable tp create shared memory segment" error during step "Copying database files".

The install log doesn't say much in regard to the error
