Maryland's CRN Central Registration Number for EFW2 - is this entered as a Tax ID? missing on state

1) Maryland's CRN Central Registration Number for EFW2 - is this entered as a Tax ID # with F (MD Withholding) Tax Type in the P059081A Corporate Tax IDs?

2) When the tax department generated the 2014 state EFW2 for MD, the CRM # was missing on the mag media file in the RS & RV records; the CRM# is in corporate tax id field of the P0590841A. Any suggestions as to why it didn't populate correctly?
