Need help with the Workers Comp setup for Wyoming

We are getting journal errors on the WY WC – I am wondering if this setup is correct? 

It was added to the Unemployment Insurance rate screen as an H1 tax, rather than the WC insurance revisions screen – does this seem correct to you? (the rates for 2014 were added at the same time the rates for 2015 were, so ignore that fact)
