Stock Inventory Issues – Flex Accounting?

Hi all,

Client has stock parts that are common between depts. The problem is as follows:

Dept A draws part ABC, accounting needs to hit object: 12345 on the debit side

Dept B draws part ABC, accounting needs to hit object: 67890 on the debit side.

Flex accounting crossed my mind but it’s been awhile and Irecall that it was not possible to flex the object, only the BU and/or SUB.

Ideally I need to be able to flex the object using P31113, Parts Issues to WO’s Keying the account on P31113 to ‘force’ the debit is a
last resort.
