Applying Jan CPU 2015 EBS Patch on 11.5.10.2 Apps with DB running on 10.2.0.4

Hi All,

We have Prod and Non-Prod 11i(11.5.10.2) Environemnt running on 10.2.0.4 release of database .

11i(11.5.10.2) --> 10.2.0.4

As per the note 1954250.1 of Jan 2015 CPU patching for EBS(11i and R12) they have listed DB patch 19393542 - to be applied before applying the Jan CPU 2015 19873049 for 11.5.10.2 EBS on ATG RUP 6 but not available for 10.2.0.4 Release.

Please let us know if we can apply the Jan CPU EBS patch for our 11.5.10.2 Instance.
