Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi, user mentioned :

psft failed to access JDE log in SAW

they usd psft811 to start the JDE service in unix..

recently they restarted their server and encounter the error as shown in attached.

pls advise what could be the rootcause ?

Do they need to have psft both in unix side and JDE side ?
