Item supersession definition for individual child warehouse

We have requirement where business wants to maintain different supersession chain for different warehouse/OU say

For M1, item relation which they want to maintain is

A -> B ->C

ForM2, item relation which they want to maintain is

A -> B

I understand item relation can be defined only at master warehouse level and cant be specific to warehouse.

There are few ER open with Oracle to enable at child warehouse right now it is not supported.

Did anyone had similar requirement? If so what is the solution which you have provided to achieve the same.

We thought of marking Item C as 'Not planned' in M2 warehouse, but results of plan are not expected.
