Unable to start cluster services after server reboot

Hi everyone, I urgently need some help to solve this problem I'm having on my RAC instance. I've logged a case with MOS but they're still working on it, so for the mean time I'm looking for a faster solution.

Here's the problem, I have a 2 nodes RAC instance, which are running fine previously. Due to power outtage, our servers was forcefully rebooted both of the nodes are down. Once the servers are up again, we can't seem to bring up RAC on both nodes. When i run the 'check crs' command I get the below output.

CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online
