Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Searching item in Debrief-->Material line shows duplicate lines

Hi all,

In Field service technician portal in debrief-->Material -->Seclect add Another button-->search for item --.Enter the item number

For every item i shows two lines even though quantity is only 1 in trunk.its showing two lines .What is the reason for it.

Please review the attached screens shots.
