Auto Receipt Creation against Purchase Orders

Hi Experts

Business have a requirement to automate some of the receipt processing.

Example they would like to put Utlity spend on Procurement.

Electricity Spend, raise a Blanket Purchase Order or a Planned Purchase Order and business would like to auto create a receipt against the Blanket Release or the Planned Release.

Is this possible?
