Enforce spend on 7 suppliers ?

Hello,

We have a requirement where 100k needs to be spent on 7 suppliers.

How can we monitor this and ensure that we do not spend more than 100k on these suppliers.

If it was with one supplier, we could have created a Blanket purchase agreement for 100k and BPA would have enforced the 100k spend.

How can we deal with a situation when there are more than one supplier.
