QA Approvals

The QA approval program P37300 does not pull up the pending tests or specifications.  The WC message is received and advises the user that there is a pending approval needed.  But when we go to the workbench, no records appear during a Find.   We have not cleared out any previous pending records that were not set up correctly.  Could this be blocking the workbench from seeing the new pending tests?
