Adding Child Assets in OAT and Interface to FA

Hi,

In Install Base you can setup an Asset adding child assets to a parent asset. In FA Also we create Parent asset and can add child asset to Parent for serialized item with quantity 1.

Do this relation ship interfaced to Oracle Fixed Assets from OAT Transaction or vice versa ?

Is not clear for me from the guides, is there a relation between them?
