UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni12

R12.1.3 running on Red Hat Linux 5.8.

Trying to upgrade my 11.2.0.3 database to 12.1.0.2 and following guide 1524398.1.

At this point the database has been upgraded etc and I am now trying to run adautocfg on the db tier and I get:
