Post Upgrade question

We have just upgraded to R12.2 from 11510 and post upgrade we are unable to book sales orders due to the below error:
Error: The system could not determine the applicable Tax Rate for Tax XXXX-VAT and Tax Status STANDARD. Please contact your Tax Administrator to ensure that either a default Tax Rate Code that is effective on &DATE is specified for this Tax Status or appropriate Rate Determination Rules are defined. (TAX_DET_DATE=25-FEB-15)
My questions are
1) Post upgrade, since the Upgrade Tax Regime will be existing (STCC) , is there any additional setup that we need to perform so that we are able to book sales orders
