ISSUE report (point to older spec and don't ones new)

Hi,

                                       
we have an rarelly issue here,

developer create a new report version, and then CNC do new package update and end user test it and work fine in web DV

then the report name was change by other name, but then do new package update and work wrong finish in status E

in log I see reference to older report (no new one)

what is the reason the report call older version and no new one? how can I resolve it?

how spec point older ones?
