12.1.2.2.0 patch (p20340774) fails with Error: Missing Dependency sqlite-3.3.6-7.i386

regarding the 12.1.2.2.0 patch (p20340774). While trying to update the infra structure , I am getting dependency errors for sqlite   --> Missing Dependency: libreadline.so.5 is needed by package sqlite-3.3.6-7.i386 (ODA_REPOS_LOC) >  Error: Missing Dependency: libncurses.so.5 is needed by package sqlite-3.3.6-7.i386 (ODA_REPOS_LOC) >  Error: Missing Dependency: libreadline.so.5 is needed by package sqlite-3.3.6-7.i386 (ODA_REPOS_LOC)  I noticed that the sqlite RPM is .i386. are we not supposed to be using the x86_64 rpm’s for ODA’s?  This rpm has not been installed by us, It came through the original ODA installation.
