How to make quantities available under a specific subinventory

Hi,

We have an EAM work order with demand under a specific subinventory B.

We have quantities available under another subinventory A.

Is there a way to create automatically Move Order from subinventory A to subinventory B in order to fill the demand ?

Demand in one sub inventory being met from availability of another sub inventory.

We have Oracle EBS 12.1.3
