IE and/or Chrome for E1 Tools 9.1.5?

We're planning on upgrading to E1 Tools 9.1.5.x.  I'm looking for a document that will explain the pros and cons of using Internet Explorer and/or Chrome.  I see Doc ID 1487909.1 gives some information, but also has vague statements such as "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne export to Microsoft is supported on Windows with Chrome." (Microsoft what?  Excel?) and "Other behavioral differences have been observed using Chrome."  (What differences?)  There also seem to be several bugs that aren't addressed in this document.  Where's the best one-stop place to get the information so we can decide which browser(s) to use?  Thanks!
